On 16 January 2025, SOL E&C, together with Newtecons and Ricons, successfully hosted the 2025 Annual Conference and Year-End Party with the tagline “Stronger – Greater Together.” The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong - Founding Chairman; Mr. Ngo Thanh Phong - Chairman of the Board; Mr. Le Chi Trung - General Director; along with the leadership teams of the Ecosystem, the SOL E&C Executive Board, and more than 1,800 employees from SOL E&C, Newtecons, and Ricons in Southern Vietnam. The program once again marked a milestone, reaffirming the strength of synergy across the Ecosystem.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, Founding Chairman, highlighted the proud achievements delivered by SOL E&C and the Ecosystem’s members in 2025. Consolidated revenue across the Ecosystem reached approximately VND 29 trillion, of which the three construction companies contributed VND 25.93 trillion, the highest level recorded in the past five years. In 2026, the Ecosystem will continue to broaden its business portfolio and participate in nationally significant infrastructure projects. In the near term, we will progressively deliver complex bridge projects under the Design & Build model, while driving a meaningful transformation in the infrastructure construction segment.

Beyond business targets, the Founding Chairman also emphasized the need to transform management thinking toward greater agility and reduced pressure on employees, enabling the team to sustain a determined spirit in tackling challenges while remaining positive, energized, and able to enjoy life. Concluding his remarks, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, on behalf of the Ecosystem leadership, extended New Year wishes to all employees attending the program, wishing everyone a peaceful and prosperous Year of Binh Ngo, robust health, and outstanding success.

Following the conference, the Year-End Party 2025 unfolded in a vibrant and emotionally engaging atmosphere, featuring meticulously prepared in-house performances, impressive lighting showcases, and guest appearances by singers and bands. The highlight was the warm, close-knit spirit of employees in Southern Vietnam from SOL E&C, Newtecons, and Ricons.
