SOL E&C is the Design & Build General Contractor for SPX Express’ Largest Sorting Center in Southeast Asia
On the morning of October 10, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for SPX Express’ largest sorting center in Southeast Asia was solemnly held at Industrial Centre Yen My, Hung Yen Province. The event was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore to Vietnam, representatives from the Singapore Enterprise & Trade Promotion Agency, SPX Express and SEA Group, the Clients Frasers Property Vietnam and Gelex Group, the Design & Build General Contractor SOL E&C, along with consulting firms, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
The Groundbreaking Ceremonies for "LeafSeal Chemical Logistics & Production Center" and "BM Windows Chau Duc Factory"
On the morning of October 10, 2025, SOL E&C simultaneously broke ground on two projects, included the LeafSeal Chemical Logistics & Production Center and the BM Windows Chau Duc Factory. The groundbreaking ceremonies were attended by Founding Chairman Nguyễn Bá Dương, the Board of Directors of SOL E&C, BM Windows, LeafSeal, and distinguished guests from the ecosystem, clients, and partners.
SOL E&C successfully held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Zili Holdings’ First Factory in Phu My II Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City
[October 3rd, 2025], SOL E&C, in collaboration with the Client Advanced Materials Zili Vietnam Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Zili Holdings), successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony for the “40,000-ton/year Sintered Corundum Factory” (hereafter referred to as Zili Vietnam Factory) at Phu My II Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City.
Topping-Out Ceremony of LUMIÈRE SpringBay, a Global-Standards Apartment Development by Masterise Homes at Ocean City
On the afternoon of October 2, 2025, the topping-out ceremony of LUMIÈRE SpringBay was successfully held, marking an important milestone in the construction journey of the project. The event was attended by representatives of international real estate developer Masterise Homes, General Contractor SOL E&C, project supervision and management consultant Apave, sales agencies, partners, and media representatives.

On the morning of September 29th, 2025, the strategic partnership signing ceremony for the implementation of The Emerald Garden View project took place successfully at the Hilton Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of the Project Developer, the Design and Build General Contractor, consulting firms, as well as partners in design, real estate marketing and distribution, equipment and interior, and financial sponsorship.
SOL E&C wins series of High-End Real Estate and FDI projects across Northern and Southern Vietnam
In Q3/2025, SOL E&C continued to win and commenced execution eight diverse projects across both Northern and Southern Vietnam, including: The Blanca City and Sun Feliza Suite invested by Sun Group; The Emerald Garden View invested by Le Phong Group; Built-to-suit Warehouse - Garnet 3 and Industrial Centre Yen Phong Expansion – Phase 2 by Frasers Property Vietnam & Gelex; Spectre Garment Technology Factory invested by Spectre (Denmark); 40,000-ton/year Sintered Corundum Factory by Zili Holdings; and The South Project – Compass II Factory invested by Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest mechanical tools corporation.
