On the morning of May 25, 2026, SOL E&C’s Board of Management officially announced the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Phi Tan as Operations Director. This appointment reflects SOL E&C’s strategic direction to strengthen its senior leadership team, meet the requirements of its next stage of growth, and lay a solid foundation for the Company to further expand its capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance its position in the construction market.
On the morning of May 12, 2026, the Comprehensive Cooperation Signing Ceremony between SOL E&C and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture was successfully held. The event marked an important milestone in strengthening the connection between enterprise and academia, with the shared goal of developing high-quality human resources for the construction industry.
On the morning of April 23, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony of Long Duc 3 Industrial Park was formally held in Binh An Commune, Dong Nai Province. The project is invested by Sojitz Corporation from Japan and Long Thanh Golf Investment & Trading J.S.C. (A member of KN Holding Group), with a total investment capital of VND 1,800 billion, and is developed as a new-generation industrial park.
[14 March 2026], SOL E&C, together with Newtecons, officially started construction of the premium complex (Office, Retail, Services, Residential, and an International 6-star Hotel) in the “Ben Thanh Quadrant” precinct, at the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The project commands four prime frontages along Pham Ngu Lao, Calmette, Le Thi Hong Gam, and Pho Duc Chinh, widely regarded as one of the city’s most valuable locations.
[12 March 2026], SOL E&C, together with Ecosystem members Newtecons and Ricons, started the construction of High-Rise Zones at The Blanca City Coastal Urban Area in Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Vung Tau City). Developed by Sun Group, the project spans 96.6 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 37,000 billion. Upon completion, The Blanca City is expected to become one of the largest and most exemplary master-planned urban developments in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region.
On 16 January 2025, SOL E&C, together with Newtecons and Ricons, successfully hosted the 2025 Annual Conference and Year-End Party with the tagline “Stronger – Greater Together.” The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong - Founding Chairman; Mr. Ngo Thanh Phong - Chairman of the Board; Mr. Le Chi Trung - General Director; along with the leadership teams of the Ecosystem, the SOL E&C Executive Board, and more than 1,800 employees from SOL E&C, Newtecons, and Ricons in Southern Vietnam. The program once again marked a milestone, reaffirming the strength of synergy across the Ecosystem.
