SOL E&C and Le Phong Group break ground on The Emerald Garden View Project in Ho Chi Minh City
[29/10/2025], the Groundbreaking Ceremony for The Emerald Garden View was held formally and successfully in Thuan An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The event welcomed representatives of the project developer, the Design & Build General Contractor, Consulting and Design firms, as well as Partners in Sales & Marketing, Equipment & Interiors, and other Stakeholders. Representing SOL E&C (Design & Build General Contractor) were Mr. Nguyễn Bá Dương - Founding Chairman; Mr. Ngô Thanh Phong - Chairman of the Board; Mr. Lê Chí Trung – General Director; together with members of the Executive Board, Project Directors, Project Managers, and the site management team.
SOL E&C, together with Newtecons and Ricons, tops out the LUMI Hanoi project developed by CapitaLand Development.
Recently, the topping-out ceremony of LUMI Hanoi was successfully held, marking an important milestone in the project’s construction journey. The event was attended by representatives from CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), Mitsubishi Estate, the General Contractors Newtecons, Ricons, and SOL E&C, together with consulting firms INNO, DLS Consultant, and TEXO, as well as partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

On the morning of October 10, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for SPX Express’ largest sorting center in Southeast Asia was solemnly held at Industrial Centre Yen My, Hung Yen Province. The event was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore to Vietnam, representatives from the Singapore Enterprise & Trade Promotion Agency, SPX Express and SEA Group, the Clients Frasers Property Vietnam and Gelex Group, the Design & Build General Contractor SOL E&C, along with consulting firms, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

On the morning of October 10, 2025, SOL E&C simultaneously broke ground on two projects, included the LeafSeal Chemical Logistics & Production Center and the BM Windows Chau Duc Factory. [October 3rd, 2025], SOL E&C, in collaboration with the Client Advanced Materials Zili Vietnam Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Zili Holdings), successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony for the “40,000-ton/year Sintered Corundum Factory” (hereafter referred to as Zili Vietnam Factory) at Phu My II Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City.

On the afternoon of October 2, 2025, the topping-out ceremony of LUMIÈRE SpringBay was successfully held, marking an important milestone in the construction journey of the project.
