SOL E&C Tops Out Green Tower Project by TBS Land in Di An City, Binh Duong Province
On the morning of December 22th, 2024, SOL E&C, in collaboration with TBS Land, successfully held the topping-out ceremony for the “Green Tower” project. The event was attended by representatives of local authorities, senior leaders of the investor TBS Group & TBS Land, General Contractor SOL E&C, as well as project consultants and partners.
SOL E&C Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education
On the morning of December 20, 2024, the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between SOL E&C, ecosystem's companies (Newtecons, Ricons, BOHO), and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) was successfully held at the 96 Phan Dang Luu Building. The event was attended by representatives from HCMUTE’s Board of Management, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Automotive Engineering, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, the Office of Business Relations, and leaders from companies within the ecosystem.
SOL E&C Commences Construction of LUMIÈRE SpringBay, developed by Masterise Homes
On the morning of December 12th, 2024, SOL E&C officially commenced the construction of the high-end residential project, LUMIÈRE SpringBay, located in Ocean Park 2, Ocean City. The ceremony was attended by representatives from the International Real Estate Developer Masterise Homes, Project Management and Supervision Consultant Apave, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.

Recently, SOL E&C signed a Memorandum of Understanding with two of Vietnam's most prestigious universities: Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture (UAH). The MOU signing reaffirms SOL E&C's sustainable partnership with universities in the journey to develop high-quality human resources for Vietnam's construction industry.
Prime Minister Inspects and Urges Progress on Long Thanh Airport Project
On December 3rd, in Dong Nai province, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh conducted an inspection and urged the acceleration of the Long Thanh Airport project and the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh commended the project’s progress, highlighting several remarkable achievements. Substantial portions of the overall project have been completed, with the structure becoming increasingly apparent. Many project packages, particularly components 2 and 3, have surpassed their scheduled progress, supported by the mobilization of over 6,000 personnel and 2,200 construction machines on-site.
