SOL E&C, in collaboration with Newtecons and Ricons, has commenced construction on Lumi Hanoi project of CapitaLand Development
On November 11th, 2024, Newtecons, Ricons, and SOL E&C held the Commencement Ceremony of Lumi Hanoi Project. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Client, CapitaLand Development (Vietnam); Main contractors Newtecons, Ricons, and SOL E&C; as well as Consulting partners INNO, DLS Consultant, TEXO, and the project’s partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
SOL E&C and companies within its ecosystem contribute VND 2 billion to build new classrooms in Yen Bai Province
Recently, companies within the ecosystem, including Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, Boho, and DB, collectively donated VND 2 billion to Yen Bai Province to assist in recovery efforts from the damages caused by Typhoon Yagi. This funding will be allocated to constructing new classrooms at Khanh Hoa Primary and Secondary School in Luc Yen District, Yen Bai, enabling the relocation of classes from the landslide-prone Lang Khuong Village area to a safer learning environment.
The complex M&E System at the Coca-Cola Long An Factory Project, constructed by the general Contractors Newtecons and SOL E&C
In the M&E section, Newtecons and SOL E&C are implementing several complex systems, including electrical systems, low-voltage electrical systems, air condition system, fire-fighting system, and water supply & drainage, as well as auxiliary systems and process piping (LN2, CO2, N2 Liquid, N2 Gas, Steam, Chiller 6/12 degrees, RO, etc.). Additionally, SOL E&C is responsible for constructing various storage systems, such as tanks for DO, raw water, NaOH, and steam, including two large fire-fighting tanks with a diameter of 7 meters and a height of 17 meters.
The groundbreaking ceremony of “Tetra Pak Binh Duong Factory - Capacity Upgrade”
(August 28th, 2024), SOL E&C and Tetra Pak Vietnam officially organised the groundbreaking ceremony of “Tetra Pak Binh Duong Factory - Capacity Upgrade” project at VSIP II-A Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province. The event was attended by representatives from the Client - Tetra Pak, Project Management Consultant - Turner & Townsend, Construction Management Consultant - TTCL Vietnam, General Contractor - SOL E&C, and other project partners.
Topping-out ceremony for the Passenger Terminal of the Long Thanh International Airport
Recently, SOL E&C, along with other companies in the Ecosystem (Newtecons, Ricons) and the Vietur Consortium, successfully held the topping-out ceremony for the Passenger Terminal of the Long Thanh International Airport project – Phase 1. The event was attended by Founding Chairman Nguyễn Bá Dương, along with the leadership teams and project management teams of Ricons, Newtecons, and SOL E&C.
