SOL E&C Starts Construction of an Iconic Project in "the heart" Ho Chi Minh City
[14 March 2025], SOL E&C, together with Newtecons, officially started construction of the premium complex (Office, Retail, Services, Residential, and an International 6-star Hotel) in the “Ben Thanh Quadrant” precinct, at the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The project commands four prime frontages along Pham Ngu Lao, Calmette, Le Thi Hong Gam, and Pho Duc Chinh, widely regarded as one of the city’s most valuable locations.
SOL E&C started the construction of High-Rise Zones at The Blanca City Coastal Urban Area.
[12 March 2026], SOL E&C, together with Ecosystem members Newtecons and Ricons, started the construction of High-Rise Zones at The Blanca City Coastal Urban Area in Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Vung Tau City). Developed by Sun Group, the project spans 96.6 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 37,000 billion. Upon completion, The Blanca City is expected to become one of the largest and most exemplary master-planned urban developments in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region.
2025 Annual Conference and Year End Party with the tagline “Stronger – Greater Together”
On 16 January 2025, SOL E&C, together with Newtecons and Ricons, successfully hosted the 2025 Annual Conference and Year-End Party with the tagline “Stronger – Greater Together.” The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong - Founding Chairman; Mr. Ngo Thanh Phong - Chairman of the Board; Mr. Le Chi Trung - General Director; along with the leadership teams of the Ecosystem, the SOL E&C Executive Board, and more than 1,800 employees from SOL E&C, Newtecons, and Ricons in Southern Vietnam. The program once again marked a milestone, reaffirming the strength of synergy across the Ecosystem.
SOL E&C and the Ecosystem atttended groundbreaking ceremonies for Ho Chi Minh City’s Key Infrastructure Projects
Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong - Founding Chairman of the Ecosystem, together with SOL E&C’s leadership, including Mr. Ngo Thanh Phong - Chairman of the Board, Mr. Le Chi Trung - General Director, and representatives from the Ecosystem, attended two groundbreaking ceremonies, the Phu My 2 Bridge Construction Project, invested by Masterise Group, and the Rach Chiec National Sports Complex project, invested by Sun Group.
SOL E&C successfully organized SUMMIT 2026 - Transform for the Future
Over two days, 25–26 December 2025, SOL E&C successfully hosted SUMMIT 2026 under the theme “Transform for the Future”, highlighting our strong transformation as we accelerate into the next growth phase. The summit welcomed Mr. Nguyễn Bá Dương - Founding Chairman, Mr. Ngô Thanh Phong - Chairman of the Board, Mr. Lê Chí Trung - General Director, together with representatives from the Ecosystem, and SOL E&C’s Operations Directors, Project Directors, Heads of Departments, and Project Managers nationwide.
The Groundbreaking Ceremony for Compass II Factory of Stanley Black & Decker
Recently, SOL E&C successfully organised the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the project Compass II Co., Ltd. (Compass II Factory) at VSIP I Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was attended by senior leaders of the Client (Stanley Black & Decker), the Design & Build General Contractor (SOL E&C), consulting partners (JLL, SEAS, BK Vietnam), other project partners, and the site management team.
