SOL E&C continues sustainability training programs for employees
Recently, the Sustainability Development Department of SOL E&C conducted on-site training sessions for employees at Vietnamese Northern projects. This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance awareness and encourage employee engagement in the sustainability strategy. Through the "Understanding Sustainability" training program, each employee will gain deeper insights into the practical value of these initiatives, enhancing personal awareness and contributing to the company’s sustainable growth. The training will continue to expand across all project sites and departments in the coming period.

More than 5,200 used batteries have been collected through the "Green Station" as part of the SABI program.
In Q4/2024, SOL E&C’s Sustainable Development Department launched a used battery collection initiative through the Green Station located at the company’s headquarters. After more than three months of implementation, the program has received strong support from employees, collecting over 5,200 used batteries, which were then transferred to specialized processing units. For every 15 batteries collected, SOL E&C will contribute one tree, supporting the restoration of Vietnam’s forest ecosystems.

Recently, SOL E&C signed a Memorandum of Understanding with two of Vietnam's most prestigious universities: Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture (UAH). The MOU signing reaffirms SOL E&C's sustainable partnership with universities in the journey to develop high-quality human resources for Vietnam's construction industry.

SOL E&C and companies within its ecosystem contribute VND 2 billion to build new classrooms in Yen Bai Province
Recently, companies within the ecosystem, including Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, Boho, and DB, collectively donated VND 2 billion to Yen Bai Province to assist in recovery efforts from the damages caused by Typhoon Yagi. This funding will be allocated to constructing new classrooms at Khanh Hoa Primary and Secondary School in Luc Yen District, Yen Bai, enabling the relocation of classes from the landslide-prone Lang Khuong Village area to a safer learning environment.
