BDIP's Premium Ready-Built Factories Project - Phase 2, developed by Frasers Property Vietnam, is in the stage of handover and putting into operation. The project is designed and built by SOL E&C as the General Contractor and meets LEED Gold standards.

Overview BDIP’s Premium Ready-Built Factories Factory Project (Phase 1 and 2)

Binh Duong Industrial Park, a sustainable industrial park model, is located in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong province and built according to "green" standards which meet strict requirements for the sustainable working environment. The project is invested and developed by Frasers Property, a multinational real estate group operating in multiple fields such as housing, retail, trade and service centers, logistics and accommodation services which spread across countries and territories from Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe and China. In the Vietnamese market, Frasers Property is currently the Owner of many projects, such as Q2 Thao Dien, Melinh Point, Work@C2 and outstanding projects in the industrial segment such as Industrial Center Yen Phong 2C, Industrial Center Yen My, Eco Logistics Center and Binh Duong Industrial Park.

Phase 1 of the project has been handed over and put into operation in early 2023 

Following the success of Phase 1, SOL E&C is the Design & Build General Contractor for Phase 2 of this project, carrying out items including design, structural construction, completion, installation of MEP systems and infrastructure. In just 7 months, the Site Command Board completed and handed over 11 factories of phase 2 with a total area of nearly 65,000 square meters.
