Featured LEED Gold-Certified Projects built by General Contractor SOL E&C

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a certification issued by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a non-governmental organization that evaluates buildings and developments based on their environmental friendliness and sustainability. To achieve LEED Gold certification, a project must score between 60 and 79 points on the LEED rating system. This involves meeting stringent criteria in areas such as site selection, resource efficiency, the use of sustainable energy and materials, indoor environmental quality, as well as innovation in design and green initiatives.
