On the morning of May 8, 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony of the project "Truong Dinh Tower - Official Building & Commercial Complex" (hereinafter referred to as TD Tower) took place successfully. The program was attended by representatives of the Owner, SOL E&C General Contractor, the consulting units and business partners of the project.

Owning a prime location on the parallel road on Hanoi Highway, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, TD Tower is designed according to Edge Advance Preliminary green building standards including 03 basements and 17 floors. Because it is located right in the busy area of Thao Dien, the project has strict requirements on construction methods to ensure the highest safety during the construction process, without negatively affecting the close neighborhood.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Dinh Phuc - General Director of Duy Trung Y Investment JSC and representative of the Owner - sent his gratitude to all partners who have accompanied the project since the early days, as well as expresses his confidence in the reputation and construction capacity of SOL E&C that the General Contractor will complete the project according to the agreement between two parties.

The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2025.
