On the morning of January 16, 2024, SOL E&C officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Hong Ngoc Phuc Truong Minh Hospital Project - Phase 2. The event was attended by representatives of the Board of Directors of the Client-Hong Ngoc, the General Contractor-SOL E&C, the Project Management Consultant-Turner, the Supervision Consultant-IBST and other partners of the project.

The project is a comfortable and high-class hospital-hotel model which has 2 basements and 18 floors with a total GBA construction floor area of nearly 37,000 meters square. In the bidding package of phase 2, SOL E&C undertakes the construction of the basement and building body, the installation of the exterior and some outdoor infrastructure. Estimated implementation time is 360 days.

In 2022, SOL E&C took on the role of designing and completing the MEP for the subdivision 2 of Hong Ngoc Phuc Truong Minh General Hospital Project. The system has been completed and handed over to the Client with quality, on schedule and meeting the set requirements. Continuing to accompany each other in the new project phase is a clear demonstration of a good cooperative partnership between the Client and SOL E&C.

With the outstanding construction capacity, SOL E&C is increasingly making its mark with projects that highly requires quality and construction techniques. The Site Command board is currently focusing resources to implement the first items of this project.
