On the morning of April 23, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony of Long Duc 3 Industrial Park was formally held in Binh An Commune, Dong Nai Province. The project is invested by Sojitz Corporation from Japan and Long Thanh Golf Investment & Trading J.S.C. (A member of KN Holding Group), with a total investment capital of VND 1,800 billion, and is developed as a new-generation industrial park.

The delegates performed “Kagami Biraki”, a traditional sake barrel-opening ceremony, to mark the groundbreaking of the project.

Long Duc 3 Industrial Park covers an area of approximately 244 hectares and is located in Binh An and Long Thanh Communes, near Long Thanh International Airport. Located in one of Dong Nai Province’s key growth areas, the project holds a strategic location with convenient access to major transport routes and key logistics hubs. In particular, with its proximity to Long Thanh International Airport, a national-scale infrastructure project, the industrial park is expected to become an important driver for economic growth in the Southeast region.

According to the development orientation, Long Duc 3 Industrial Park will be built as a green and smart industrial park, applying advanced technologies in energy management, environmental treatment, and infrastructure operation. The project aims to optimize resource efficiency, reduce emissions, and move towards carbon neutrality. To date, Long Duc 3 Industrial Park has attracted interest from more than 50 investors and is expected to welcome approximately USD 3.5 billion in investment capital in the coming time.

At this project, SOL E&C is the main contractor, undertaking the construction of technical infrastructure within the industrial park. SOL E&C’s participation in Long Duc 3 Industrial Park marks a new development milestone for the Company in the infrastructure sector, while further affirming the capability of the Ecosystem in delivering comprehensive solutions for Clients.
