On the morning of July 25, 2023, SOL E&C cooperating with Frasers Property Vietnam successfully organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the project "Next Ready-Built Factory Development at Binh Duong Industrial Park - BDIP". Attending the event were the representatives of Binh Duong Industrial Zones Authority - BDIZA, local authorities, clients, partners, Frasers Property - Owner, Nagecco - Consultant and SOL E&C - Design & Build General Contractor. 

In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Edwin Tan - Deputy CEO of Frasers Property Vietnam shared the Group's strategy of deploying a high-end industrial real estate model whose criteria is focus on customers while achieving green building certifications according to industry and international standards.

Frasers Property is known as a multinational corporation with extensive experience in developing - owning - operating a wide range of products and services in the real estate sector. In its investment portfolio in Vietnam, the Group has been investing and developing in more than 180 hectares of industrial park in key strategic locations in the North and South of Vietnam, creating more than 1 million square meters of infrastructure and factories, warehouses according to green building standards that are fully adapted to the needs of the domestic manufacturing economy.

Besides, Mr. Le Chi Trung - General Director of SOL E&C expressed his respect for the strategic and sustainable cooperation relationship of the two companies over the years. As representative of the construction unit, he is committed to accompany the Owner, while bringing to clients high-class, modern factories which meet international green buildings standards.

In the Next Ready-Built Factory Development at Binh Duong Industrial Park, SOL E&C is Design & Build General Contractor responsible for construction of reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, finishing, infrastructure and MEP of this project which is located on an area of total 11 hectares. The Phase 1 of this BDIP project, which meets international green buildings standards, has also recently been handed over by SOL E&C to the Owner to welcome the world's leading enterprises to set up their manufacturing factories.
