On May 17, 2022, the topping-out ceremony of the "Hue Square Building" project took place successfully, with the participation of representatives from the client, SOL E&C Management Board and Project Steering Committee.

The project stands on a prime location - located on the main road of Le Loi - by the Perfume River, with a view towards Truong Tien Bridge and Hue Imperial City. The project is developed by Luks International Vietnam (a member of Luks Group), with an area of nearly 1,000m2 including a complex of a commercial center and a high-class hotel.

SOL E&C assumes the role of General Contractor for foundation, basement, structure, rough finishing and M&E system installation for the project. After 10 months of implementation, the project has hit an important milestone - topping off the project safely, with quality and on schedule as committed. Right after the ceremony, the Steering Committee will focus on finishing the stage and the installation of the facade and M&E. Hue Square building is expected to be put into operation in February 2023.
