On the morning of March 28, 2021, Trung Nguyen Legend Group inaugurated the Tesla and Cantata model houses, as well as officially put the Coffee City project in Buon Me Thuoc city, Dak Lak province on the market.

Coffee City Project has a total area of 45.45 hectares, with a construction density of 27%; The density of trees and water surface is about 50%. In phase 1, the project will deploy 552 units in the Tesla and Cantana subdivisions, including semi-detached houses and shophouses. Built inside the project are invested amenities such as Living kindergarten, Happy Primary school, malls, Zen Garden park etc. and the existing Coffee Museum.  

In the first sale campaign, Trung Nguyen Legend Group launched 139 units of Tesla and Cantata to the market. Within 80 minutes of officially opening for sale, 99% of them were successfully traded.
