Last weekend, SOL E&C organized the Make Better 2026 program in Northern Vietnam under the theme "Leading for Effectiveness." The program was attended by the Company’s Leadership Team, Project Directors, and more than 50 Site Managers, Deputy Site Managers, and potential management personnel.

During the program, Mr. Pham Van Tai – Operations Director shared insights into SOL E&C’s development journey in Northern Vietnam during the 2024–2026 period. In less than three years, both the number of projects and workforce scale in the region have increased by more than three times. Multiple large-scale projects are currently being executed simultaneously, contributing approximately 50% of the Company’s revenue.

Alongside this expansion in scale, the requirements for project management and execution capabilities have become increasingly demanding. Make Better was therefore organized as a practical forum where management teams could share experience, exchange perspectives, and enhance their ability to address on-site challenges.

Led by Mr. Nguyen Phi Tan – Operations Director, the Project Management session focused on practical situations related to technical expertise, financial management, work assignment, and internal and external coordination. This was followed by the Effective Communication session, where participants explored the importance of proactive connection, trust-building, and close collaboration among stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Through Make Better and regularly implemented training activities, SOL E&C continues to develop a capable management team and high-quality workforce. This also forms an important foundation for the Company to maintain outstanding project delivery quality, meet increasingly stringent market requirements, and fulfill the expectations of Clients.
