On March 12, 2022, the HR Department organized an orientation program for more than 70 new employees of SOL E&C.
The program helps new employees understand the company's business, personnel policies, welfare regimes, as well as grasp the regulations and administrative procedures, thereby quickly joining the work.

During the program, Mr. Le Chi Trung, General Director, welcomed the new members of the Great Family of SOL E&C and shared about the corporate culture as well as the company's core values on his own. In addition, Mr. Nguyen Cao Nhan, HR Manager, introduced the career orientation of employees and answered in detail questions about HR policy and company welfare regime.
In this orientation program, new employees were also guided on operating procedures, including safety values and company safety system (Safety department); internal document management system (Legal Department); storage systems and software & applications (Information Technology Department) so that they could effectively catch up and start their job .
Training is always an important activity at SOL E&C to help improve the ability of not only new employees but also senior staff at the company. At the end of the program, more than 70 employees had a better understanding of the company and the operating system to maximize their capacity, contributing to the overall development of SOL E&C.
