LUMIÈRE SpringBay is a project in which SOL E&C assumes the role of Design & Build General Contractor, executing all Civil and MEP works for four towers: Feliz (Z2), Fira (Z1), Amor (L1), and Vida (L2). As of the current reporting period:

✅ Structural works: Construction progress has reached levels 20–22. In parallel, mass finishing works have been initiated.

✅ M&E works: Early-stage M&E activities, including sleeve installation, in-slab, and in-wall embedded works, are being carried out concurrently with the structural works up to level 20. In-wall and in-ceiling installations have progressed to level 9.

SOL E&C’s site management team continues to strictly adhere to the project schedule and maintain close control over all construction activities, with a focus on ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in accordance with commitments made to the Client.
