On the morning of May 24, 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony of Project "Green Tower - Di An, Binh Duong" successfully took place with the participation of the representatives of Di An City’s government (Binh Duong Province), the Board of Directors of the Project Owner TBS Group & TBS Land, the General Contractor SOL E&C and other consultants and partners of the project.

Located at the "golden" position on National Highway 1K (the road axis connecting Ho Chi Minh City - Binh Duong - Dong Nai), the Project "Green Tower - Di An, Binh Duong" is made up of 4 tower blocks, while each tower includes 28 to 40 floors,  which are connected to each other by a 3-storey podium, and is expected to provide 1,296 apartments of various types once completed. Besides, thanks to its modern, minimalist architecture and elegant lines combined with the inspiration of landscape design based on resort style, the project will bring a high-class experience to all residents while contributing to change the urban image of Di An City.

Speaking during the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan - Chairman of TBS Group expressed the Owner’s enthusiasm for this project in Di An City, Binh Duong Province - an area full of development potential. He also thanked the partners, project management consultants, and design units who contributed to create the first images of Green Tower. Towards the General Contractor SOL E&C, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan expressed his confidence in the expertise and experience of the team that will accompany the Owner to build the project with quality, safety and on schedule.
