SOL E&C and companies within its ecosystem contribute VND 2 billion to build new classrooms in Yen Bai Province

Recently, companies within the ecosystem, including Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, Boho, and DB, collectively donated VND 2 billion to Yen Bai province to assist in recovery efforts from the damages caused by Typhoon Yagi. This funding will be allocated to constructing new classrooms at Khanh Hoa Primary and Secondary School in Luc Yen District, Yen Bai, enabling the relocation of classes from the landslide-prone Lang Khuong Village area to a safer learning environment.

Mr. Do Le Nguyen Son, Chairman of the SOL E&C Labor Union, represented the company in presenting the donation to Yen Bai Province.

In reflecting on the program’s significance, Mr. Do Le Nguyen Son extended his gratitude to the SOL E&C employees for their unity in embodying the Vietnamese tradition of “the leaves protect tattered ones”, especially during difficult times. The support from SOL E&C, along with other ecosystem members, contributes to improved educational conditions for children and helps mitigate the impacts of natural disasters.

During the reception, Ms. Vu Thi Hien Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Yen Bai Provincial People’s Committee, provided an update on the damages caused by Typhoon No. 3 and the ongoing recovery efforts. On behalf of the provincial leadership, she expressed sincere gratitude for the timely support and generosity of the ecosystem’s companies towards Yen Bai province.
