On the morning of May 24, 2022, SOL E&C held the groundbreaking ceremony of "Sun Harbor 1 in Aqua City ecological urban project" in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. The program featured representatives of Novaland Group, Nova E&C Project Management Board, SOL E&C Management Board, the Steering Committee and project partners.

Aqua City is a smart eco-city project invested by Novaland Group. The project is located in a prime location, right on Village Highway 2 and is the focal point connecting inter-regional traffic routes National Highway 51 - Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway. Covering an area of nearly 1,000 hectares, Aqua City offers residents a variety of facilities such as green parks, commercial centers, playgrounds, international polyclinics, schools, hotels and riverside promenade.

Accompanying Novaland Group, SOL E&C will undertake the construction, rough finishing and installation of M&E systems for 312 townhouses in Sun Harbor 1 subdivision. The project covers a large area of 08ha with a construction area of 04ha. The bidding package has a total value of 450 billion VND and is expected to be handed over in the first and second quarters of 2023, respectively.
