On the morning of February 11th, 2023, SOL E&C officially celebrated the groundbreaking of Sanctuary Ho Tram Project - Beach front villas & infrastructure package in Xuyen Moc District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

Sanctuary Ho Tram is a luxury and world-class resort that owns a prime location on the most beautiful coastal road in Ho Tram, 2 hours away from the center of Ho Chi Minh City. With an area of more than 17ha with an 800m long coastline and artificial freshwater lake surrounded, Sanctuary Ho Tram owns a peaceful and separate resort space in a fresh sea-side atmosphere.

Following the success of Sanctuary Ho Tram Phase 1 and Phase 2C, SOL E&C continues to receive the trust of Sanctuary Investor and our Company is the General Contractor to deploy the Beach front villas & infrastructure package. In this package, the Company is going to comprehensively construct, complete and install the MEP system and infrastructure of the project within 330 days. The expected handover time will be the end of the fourth quarter of 2023.

Right after the groundbreaking ceremony, the Steering Board has actively prepared resources and implemented construction activities on the project with the goal of providing the Client with safety, quality and on schedule.
