On the morning of December 12th, 2024, SOL E&C officially commenced the construction of the high-end residential project, LUMIÈRE SpringBay, located in Ocean Park 2, Ocean City. The ceremony was attended by representatives from the International Real Estate Developer Masterise Homes, Project Management and Supervision Consultant Apave, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.

Building upon the strategic partnership with the Masterise Homes, and following the successful completion of two projects including Masteri Waterfront (Hanoi) and LUMIÈRE Riverside (Ho Chi Minh City), SOL E&C continues to collaborate with Masterise Homes on the LUMIÈRE SpringBay project. This marks the first high-rise development in the "LUMIÈRE Series" by Masterise Homes in Ocean City and also the first high-rise development in Ocean Park 2, serving as a pioneer in creating a multi-experiential living environment in this area.

The project is developed on a 32,295-square-meter plot located at the heart of Ocean Park 2, Ocean City. It boasts a permanent panoramic view: one side embracing the Wonders Wave Park, and the other directly facing The Venice, a centerpiece of the Grand World entertainment universe. With a construction density of just 20%, the project offers 48 exclusive international-standard amenities within over 2 hectares of enclosed green landscape. It is divided into two balanced zones—Serenity and Energy—featuring standout facilities such as an integrated sports complex (pickleball, tennis, badminton), the tranquil Ring Pavilion hammock house, and resort-style swimming pools spanning over 900 square meters. Accompanying Masterise Homes, SOL E&C will serve as the Contractor, undertaking all construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for the LUMIÈRE SpringBay project, with a total contract value approaching VND 2,000 billion.
