Recently, General Contractor SOL E&C completed the transfer beam of Tower 1 of the Green Tower project. This is a luxury apartment building located on Highway 1K (at the gateway between Binh Duong Province and Ho Chi Minh City) which is invested and developed by TBS Land (Member of TBS Group). The project includes 4 tower blocks with heights from 28 to 40 floors and linked together by a 3-storey podium, and is expected to provide 1,296 apartments of diverse categories to the market when completed.

The transfer beam of Tower 01 of the Green Tower project has a complex structural design with a 2m high beam combined with high steel content that is difficult to install. Therefore, the Site Command Board has applied BIM solutions, especially ALLPLAN software right from the early stages, to build steel models as well as accurately and safely simulate construction methods before construction. actual construction. In addition, the work planning and coordination among the SOL E&C team with the Client TBS Land and the Project Management Consultant ICIC are smoothly and professionally implemented to strictly control the construction process, fully ensure safety, quality and schedule standards.

Started at the end of May 2023, the project has completed two important milestones: closing the tunnel roof in early January 2024 and completing the transfer beam in late March 2024. Until now, besides tower 1 whose the transfer beam system has completed, the remaining 3 towers of Green Tower have been constructed to typical floors.
