SOL E&C continues sustainability training programs for employees

Recently, the Sustainability Development Department of SOL E&C conducted on-site training sessions for employees at Vietnamese Northern projects. This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance awareness and encourage employee engagement in the sustainability strategy.

Our sustainability is built on three key pillars: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). At SOL E&C, these efforts are guided by the Chairman of the Board, directly managed by the Operations Director, and collaboratively executed by multiple departments, reflecting the company’s strong internal synergy.
