After the success of Cainiao P.A.T Logistics Park Project in Long An Province, SOL E&C and Newtecons keep accompanying the Owner - Cainiao Network (a core member of Alibaba Group) in the new project of Cainiao Dong Nai Smart Logistics Park at Giang Dien Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province.

Project’s overall perspective

Located in an extremely location which is favorable for transportation activities and conveniently accessible to major routes such as Long Thanh International Airport, Long Thanh-Dau Giay-Lien Khuong Highway and Cai Mep-Thi Vai International Port, the project once completed will support the needs of companies in the context of disruption of supply chains and increasing demand for smart logistics. “Cainiao Dong Nai Smart Logistics Park” is built on a land area of more than 167,000 square meters, including 4 smart warehouses with an area respectively of 15,000m2 (WH1 & WH2) and 30,000m2 (WH3 & WH4).

In this project, SOL E&C and Newtecons will assume the role of General Contractor of Design & Build (Design & Build) responsible for a package value of nearly 700 billion VND and are expected to hand over the work at the end of 2023. The Site Command Board is currently focusing resources while simultaneously deploying a series of items such as steel structure construction, completion and infrastructure as well as installing MEP systems in order to ensure that the works will be safely handed over with superior quality on schedule as committed.

In 2021-2022, SOL E&C, Newtecons and Cainiao Network have had a good cooperation relationship during the Cainiao P.A.T Logistics Park project. The project, which was completed and launched in the second quarter of 2022, is attracting many leading companies such as OOCL Logistics, Kohnan Japan, TH True Milk for placing their logistics.
