In the training course of the core personnels such as the site deputy managers and project main supervisors, by exemple, the topics about practical construction are taught by SOL E&C’s Operations Director, Projects Director and foreign experts.

With the rapid change of training methods during the digital transformation period along the outstanding growth of SOL E&C, training is the important foundation in order to maximize the capacity of every employee while fostering the core personnels and developing the team cohesion.

During the last months of 2022, the Human Resources - Administration Department and the Training Section will deploy the follow-up sessions of the programs, while surveying the needs of students in combination with the advice of experts to form a comprehensive training plan, intensive and modern, for the year of  2023.
