Perspective of Phase 3 of Sanctuary Ho Tram Project

Sanctuary Ho Tram is a world-class resort, including high-class beach villas and river-view villas, that provides top-quality services and amenities. The project has an area of more than 17 hectares, located along the most beautiful 800 meters-long beach in Ho Tram, surrounded by an artificial freshwater lake which is creating a green, luxurious and sophisticated resort space.

SOL E&C has accompanied the Client through many stages of the project as the Design & Build General Contractor. To carry on this good and sustainable cooperative relationship, SOL E&C and the Client will continue to implement Phase 3 of Sanctuary Ho Tram Project. During this period, SOL E&C will carry out the items such as construction of the adjacent shophouse area (each shophouse has 8 floors), structural construction, completion and installation of the M&E system.
