Amidst the subdued construction market in Vietnam, SOL E&C is continuously awarded contracts and undertakes various projects. After officially becoming the D&B General Contractor of 5-Star Odyssey Project, the tallest building in Ba Ria - Vung Tau in last week, SOL E&C has been also awarded Phase 3 the Premium Ready-Built Factory Project of Frasers Property Vietnam in BDIP. This is clear evidence of the sustainable development and reputation of our Company.

Premium Ready-Built Factory (RBF) Project is invested and developed by Frasers Property Vietnam according to the green and sustainable industrial park model, ensuring strict criteria for environment protection, energy saving as well as living improvement for the surrounding community.

SOL E&C has accompanied Frasers Property Group through many large-scale projects, especially in Phases 1 and 2 of this RBF Project in BDIP. These items have been handed over and are currently put into operation while receiving much positive feedback from the market. Following such successes, SOL E&C becomes D&B General Contractor of Phase 3, encompassing works such as design, structural construction, finishing, M&E and infrastructure. The total value of the all 3 phases bidding package reached nearly 1,000 billion VND.

Previously, SOL E&C has proved its brand reputation by building various projects with domestic and foreign Clients including the Coca Cola Factory in Long An Province, the 5-star Hotel and Tourism Apartments Project Five Star Odyssey in Vung Tau, the Hong Ngoc - Phuc Truong Minh General Hospital in Hanoi, as well as the Fit-out package for the Milwaukee Factory following the completion of construction and M&E works to the rigorous standards set by TTI Group, etc.
