T&T City Millennia is a modern ecological urban area covering an expanse of 267.3 ha in the South of Ho Chi Minh city. The project is invested by Thai Son Long An Joint Stock Company and developed by T&T Land – a member of T&T Group, one of the largest multi-industry private economic groups in Vietnam.

T&T City Millennia Project owns a prime location, which is located on the arterial route directly connecting with 2 main roads named Nguyen Huu Tho and Le Van Luong, Hiep Phuoc port and Ben Luc – Long Thanh highway. This project is inspired by Asian architecture harmonizing with the modern architecture of many popular projects such as Riverside Area (Singapore), The Channel (South Korea), Commercial Street (USA) to aim at the elegant, trendy and dynamic lifestyle and bring the unique Millennial City Lifestyle" impression in the area.

In the T&T City Millennia project, SOL E&C will accompany the General Contractor Newtecons to implement the construction of 1770 villas, commercial townhouses, adjacent houses and infrastructure for phase 1.2. The project was started at the end of June 2022 and is expected to complete after 22 months.
