Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture (UAH) are both top-ranking universities in Vietnam, tasked with training high-quality human resources to serve national development. Over the years, SOL E&C and our Ecosystem have been sustainable partners with HCMUT and UAH. Together, these entities have carried out numerous practical activities, providing students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills while still in university.
SOL E&C and Universities collaborate to provide students with professional development opportunities
In 2024, SOL E&C cooperated with universities to implement various programs that brought tangible value to students. Interns at SOL E&C were given the opportunity to work in a professional environment by directly participating in projects of FDI Corporates. This enabled students to understand modern project management processes and become familiar with the operational standards of global corporations. Additionally, SOL E&C organized visits to key projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong for over 300 students. Through these visits, young individuals could learn about projects of SOL E&C in particular and those of our Ecosystem in general.
Moreover, a series of in-depth training programs were implemented to enhance students' knowledge and professional skills. Notably, SOL E&C sponsored the organization of an International Scientific Conference, allowing students to access the latest research and trends in the construction field. In addition to professional activities, SOL E&C also prioritized creating a dynamic exchange environment. The Sport Day 2024 program was a highlight, providing a space for lecturers students and engineers in the ecosystem to connect, fostering a spirit of physical fitness and intergenerational collaboration.
