On the morning of January 20, 2024, the SOL E&C Staff Meeting 2023 took place successfully with the participation of the Founding Chairman, representative of the Ecosystem Evaluation & Executive Council, Board of Directors, managers and 500 SOL E&C employees throughout Vietnam.

The Staff Meeting is a traditional year-end activity, for the SOL E&C team to look back on the past journey with many proud achievements as well as to work together toward common goals in the new year. With the program's theme color being red, the Staff Meeting 2023 demonstrates the strong motivation and the enthusiastic spirit of the team and the steadfast belief of all SOL E&C members in 2024.

During the event, Mr. Le Chi Trung, General Director of SOL E&C, shared a meaningful message to all employees. The speech was a journey looking back at the Company's development process since the transformation period with various themes The New Journey (2020), Rise Up (2021), Beat the Challenges (2022) and Make Better ( 2023). In just a short period of time, SOL E&C has won many achievements as the leading company in the Construction industry in general and in the high-quality factory segment in particular. At the same time, Mr. Le Chi Trung shared about the development orientation of SOL E&C in 2024 with a medium-term vision. The company is going to accordingly build a sustainable development strategy in revenue with a growth rate of 10% per year as well as maximizing the company resources to affirm the brand's distinctive value in the market.

To win the proud achievements as above, besides the strategic vision of the Board of Directors and the solidarity spirit of the team, there is also the direction and orientation of the Founding Chairman Nguyen Ba Duong from the first days of innovation in production and business activities. As Company’s representative, Mr. Ngo Thanh Phong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Le Chi Trung sent their thanks to the Founding Chairman for his enthusiasm and guidance dedicated to the SOL E&C team.

Following the program, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong also gave close direction and orientation to the Executive Board, managers and employees. He is proud of the journey SOL E&C has overcome. Many large-scale, high-class projects have the mark of SOL E&C brand and the company has built solid trust with domestic and international clients thanks to product quality and kindness in work. The Founding Chairman emphasized the spirit of daring to change in each individual, not afraid to innovate themselves, and take on challenges in new job positions. Focusing on system innovation, improving quality and training the successor team will be a solid foundation for the SOL E&C brand to take off in the coming years.

Right after the instructions of Founding Chairman Nguyen Ba Duong, the Signing Program for Production and Business Plan in 2024 took place successfully, demonstrating the collective spirit of consensus working towards a common goal. Each unit and individual of SOL E&C will be an important link in creating the Company's brand position.

The year 2024 may still be a challenging journey due to the unstable effects of politics and the global economic recession, however with the team's spirit of solidarity, SOL E&C is confident to continue to complete production and business plans and conquer many new successes, firmly making the name of SOL E&C on top of the Vietnamese construction industry market.
