[12 March 2026], SOL E&C, together with Ecosystem members Newtecons and Ricons, started the construction of High-Rise Zones at The Blanca City Coastal Urban Area in Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Vung Tau City). Developed by Sun Group, the project spans 96.6 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 37,000 billion. Upon completion, The Blanca City is expected to become one of the largest and most exemplary master-planned urban developments in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region.

The high-rise zones of the project comprises 14 buildings. SOL E&C will be the General Contractor of 07 building, while the remaining 07 others will be built by Newtecons and Ricons. In parallel, SOL E&C is also working alongside Sun Group on the project’s low-rise zones.

Being the General Contractor for both high-rise and low-rise packages once again reinforces SOL E&C’s strong brand credibility and proven track record in delivering premium real estate developments. In addition to The Blanca City, SOL E&C is currently General Contractor of many other high-profile projects, including Sun Feliza Suites - a six-star residential complex in central Hanoi; One Central HCM in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City; and premium developments such as LUMIÈRE SpringBay, LUMI Hanoi, Imperia Signature Co Loa, The Emerald Garden View, and Green Skyline, among others.
