On the afternoon of November 12th, 2022, the ground-breaking ceremony of MaiHouse Hội An Luxury Golf and Resort project was successfully held in Quang Nam province. The program was attended by representatives of local authorities, project’s owner TBSLand, project management consultant Artelia, design units and main contractor SOL E&C.

MaiHouse Hội An Luxury Golf and Resort is an architectural work inspired by the typical lantern symbol of the old town, located in a prime location connecting the magnificent city of Da Nang and the historical town of Hoi An. The building will have a color changing light system like a real lantern, or like a lighthouse if being looked from the sea, which will bring a close and cozy space

Perspective of MaiHouse Hội An Luxury Golf and Resort project

In this project, SOL E&C will accompany the owner TBSLand in the role of main contractor while constructing the raw structure and MEP (first phase) for the podiums (04 floors), hotel blocks (37 floors) and rooftops. Construction progress is expected to be nearly 22 months.

During the ground-breaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan - Chairman of TBS Group shared about the project’s determined researching and developing process with design consulting companies.
