Over two days, 25–26 December 2025, SOL E&C successfully hosted SUMMIT 2026 under the theme “Transform for the Future”, highlighting our strong transformation as we accelerate into the next growth phase. The summit welcomed Mr. Nguyễn Bá Dương - Founding Chairman, Mr. Ngô Thanh Phong - Chairman of the Board, Mr. Lê Chí Trung - General Director, together with representatives from the Ecosystem, and SOL E&C’s Operations Directors, Project Directors, Heads of Departments, and Project Managers nationwide.

SOL E&C SUMMIT is our strategic forum where we review business performance for 2025 and align on direction, targets, and key priorities for the years ahead. With “Transform for the Future” as the overarching theme, the summit reinforced our commitment to continuous improvement and a mindset shift to thrive in a new era, proactively capturing opportunities through operational optimization and sustainable growth.

In the opening remarks, Mr. Ngô Thanh Phong – Chairman of the Board emphasized that SUMMIT 2026 was designed to foster a practical, candid, and constructive spirit of presentation and discussion. He also recognized the collective efforts and work ethic demonstrated by our team over the past year, and affirmed the leadership’s direction to further strengthen cohesion and mobilize resources effectively to sustain our momentum.

After that, Mr. Lê Chí Trung, General Director, shared our 2025 achievements, the 2026 plan, and key strategic priorities. In 2025, SOL E&C recorded revenue growth of more than 16% compared with 2024, meeting the targets we had set. Building on this foundation, alongside the market’s strong potential, we set an ambitious target of more than 50% revenue growth in 2026. He underscored that a “fire-driven” working spirit is the key to our success, a differentiator that has propelled SOL E&C’s strong development in recent years. He expressed confidence that, with solid expertise, proven experience, and the dedication of our entire workforce, we will deliver on the 2026 plan and the objectives for the next phase.

Following the General Director’s presentation, Mr. Nguyễn Bá Dương, Founding Chairman, provided guidance and strategic orientation in the context of evolving market dynamics. He shared his pride in SOL E&C’s rapid progress, noting that within five years we have established a strong presence in Vietnam’s construction market, with our brand recognized across major urban centers such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. He also highlighted the sector’s continued growth potential and our opportunities to expand further through partnerships with reputable, principled investors, business expansion, and participation in key national infrastructure projects. Alongside business growth, he directed our leadership team to continuously strengthen employee care through robust welfare policies and a positive working environment, enabling our people to build long-term careers with SOL E&C.

After the strategic orientation from the Founding Chairman, the Chairman of the Board, and the General Director, Session 1 of SUMMIT 2026 featured presentations on Operations Directors in the New Era, the LeafSeal development strategy, and improvements in project management across Construction and MEP. Beyond business planning, these presentations consolidated lessons learned, market insights, and a candid assessment of working practices that must evolve to keep pace with future growth.

Session 2, held on the morning of 26 December 2025, comprised three in-depth topics focused on Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, core domains underpinning our next stage of breakthrough growth. These discussions examined the challenges we are addressing and surfaced key questions for participants to debate, contributing perspectives to strengthen execution across the three priority areas.

A distinctive highlight of SUMMIT 2026 was the Panel Session, “How to Transform for the Future”. Designed as an in-depth, multi-dimensional dialogue on a central theme, the panel moved beyond conventional Q&A. Participants raised probing questions, challenged viewpoints, and added perspectives to clarify issues, with discussions anchored in data, reasoning, and practical realities.
