On the morning of May 27 2022, the topping-out ceremony of "S3 Tower of The Sky - Sun Grand City Hillside Residence" was successfully held at the pearl island of Phu Quoc by SOL E&C. The event featured the Project Management Board from Sun Group,SOL E&C Board of Directors and the Project Steering Committee.

Located in a prime location on a high hill with direct sea views, Sun Grand City Hillside Residence is the only luxury apartment project in the South of Phu Quoc Island at the present time. The project is invested and developed by Sun Group with the vision of becoming a symbol of a youthful and vibrant Phu Quoc in international class with modern global citizens.

As a part of the Sun Grand City Hillside Residence complex, The Sky luxury apartment complex covers a total floor area of nearly 40,000 m2 with 2 towers, each of which includes 19 floors, technical floors, roof floors and attic floors.

With experience in implementing high-rise projects, SOL E&C has professionally managed construction activities and brought the project to the milestone of topping-out with safety, quality and on schedule. In the next phase, the Project Steering Committee will focus on plastering and finishing outside the house. The project is expected to be handed over to the client in November 2022.
