At the end of April 2021, SOL E&C continuously won the bid for a series of new and potential projects of major Investors: Sun Grand Marina Ha Long - Sun Group, Sanctuary Ho Tram - Hai Vuong Tourism and Coffee City - Trung Nguyen Legend Group.

Regarding Coffee City, SOL E&C had completed the Cantata - Tesla model house in a record time of only 03 months and was highly appreciated by the Owner for its quality. Therefore, in phase 1, Trung Nguyen Legend Group continued to choose SOL E&C as the contractor to build Block Cantata05 in the construction time of 8 months. Phase 1 of Coffee City was officially started on the afternoon of April 26, 2021.

Continuously affirming the prestige and difference in the construction industry, SOL E&C accompanies Sun Group Investor in the construction of the 13-block shophouse in the new project Sun Grand Marina Ha Long in Quang Ninh province. Also in Quang Ninh province, SOL is speeding up the completion of Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh Resort to hand over to Sun Group in August 2021.

Regarding Southern region, in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, SOL E&C is the General Contractor of the international-class resort Sanctuary Ho Tram in stages of structural construction, finishing work and M&E.
