In Q3/2025, SOL E&C continued to win and commenced execution eight diverse projects across both Northern and Southern Vietnam.

For the residential sector, we will deliver three premium real estate developments: The Blanca City (Ho Chi Minh City) and Sun Feliza Suite (Hanoi), both invested by Sun Group, and The Emerald Garden View (Ho Chi Minh City), invested by Le Phong Group.

For the industrial sector, SOL E&C partners with global corporations to implement five high-quality FDI projects, including: Built-to-Suit Warehouse - Garnet 3 (Hung Yen) and Industrial Centre Yen Phong Expansion – Phase 2 (Bac Ninh), both developed by Frasers Property Vietnam & Gelex; the Spectre Garment Technology Factory (Hung Yen), invested by Spectre from Denmark; the 40,000-ton/year Sintered Corundum Factory (Ho Chi Minh City) by Zili Holdings; and The South Project – Compass II Factory (Ho Chi Minh City), invested by Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest mechanical tools corporation.

The Largest Coastal Urban Area in Vung Tau – The Blanca City

The Blanca City is a coastal urban area, developed by Sun Group. Located in Rach Dua Ward (formerly part of Vung Tau City and now under Ho Chi Minh City’s administration), the project enjoys a prime location with one side facing 3/2 Street, the city’s main thoroughfare, and the other overlooking "Bai Sau" Beach. Designed under the international “All-in-One” standard, The Blanca City will be the first in Vung Tau to gather a collection of world-class five-star hotel brands, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Capella Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Accor. SOL E&C is the General Contractor for both high-rise towers and low-rise zones of the development.

Six-Star Luxury Residential Complex – Sun Feliza Suites

Developed by Sun Group, Sun Feliza Suites is a six-star luxury residential complex located at the prime intersection of Pham Hung – Xuan Thuy – Tran Quoc Vuong in Hanoi. Covering an area of 2.5 hectares, the project features a shared three-level basement and five modern towers ranging from 43 to 45 floors, with a total gross floor area of over 363,000 m². SOL E&C is the General Contractor for the project and has begun construction with the basement package.

Premium Residential Project – The Emerald Garden View

The Emerald Garden View is a premium residential development invested by Le Phong Group, offering a five-star standard living experience with a full range of modern amenities. The project consists of two 25-story towers plus rooftop levels, connected by a four-story podium and a shared two-level basement. Built on a land area of more than 16,400 m², the development has a total construction floor area (CFA) of nearly 200,000 m². In this project, SOL E&C is the Design & Build General Contractor, responsible for architectural design, structural works, finishing, M&E systems, and infrastructure.

Following the success of the SPX Express Southern Sorting Center at BDIP Industrial Park in Ho Chi Minh City, SOL E&C continues as the Design & Build General Contractor for a new “Built-to-Suit Warehouse” project at Yen My Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province, invested by Frasers Property Vietnam and Gelex.

As the Design & Build General Contractor, SOL E&C is responsible for comprehensive project design, structural construction, finishing works, M&E installation, and infrastructure. The project will be developed on a site of nearly 175,000 m², with a gross building area (GBA) of over 91,800 m² and a total construction floor area (CFA) of 75,500 m².

Premium Industrial Real Estate Development in Northern Vietnam – Industrial Centre Yen Phong Expansion Phase 2

The Industrial Centre Yen Phong Expansion is a premium industrial real estate in Northern Vietnam, developed by Frasers Property Vietnam and Gelex in Bac Ninh Province. In June 2025, SOL E&C successfully completed and handed over Phase 1 of the project. Building on this success, SOL E&C continues to partner with the Clients as the General Contractor for Phase 2.

In this phase, SOL E&C will construct nine ready-built factories, one ready-built warehouse, a service and utility building, and 14 guard houses, with a total construction floor area (CFA) of nearly 50,000 m². The ongoing collaboration with Frasers Property and Gelex across successive projects stands as strong testament to a sustainable partnership and the Clients’ continued trust in SOL E&C.

Spectre Garment Technology Factory in Hung Yen Province

This is Spectre’s fourth factory in Vietnam, developed by the Denmark-based leading garment manufacturer with more than 78 years of operations. The project is managed by international consultancy firm Haskoning (headquartered in the Netherlands), with SOL E&C serving as the General Contractor.The Spectre Garment Technology Factory in Hung Yen is being built to LEED Gold standards, comprising a two-story production and warehouse building, an office building, a canteen, and auxiliary facilities, with a total construction floor area of nearly 32,500 m². As the General Contractor, SOL E&C is responsible for site preparation, structural works, finishing, MEPF installation, infrastructure, and landscaping. Consistently partnering with multinational corporations in delivering new projects further affirms SOL E&C’s leadership in the construction of high-quality FDI manufacturing facilities.

40,000-Ton/Year Sintered Corundum Factory by Zili Holdings at Phu My Industrial Park
Following the successful completion of the design package, SOL E&C continues its partnership with Zili Holdings, a leading multinational corporation in specialty materials and refractory products, as the Main Contractor for its new manufacturing facility at Phu My Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project scope includes a one-story factory, an 11-story technology tower, a four-story office tower, and auxiliary facilities, with a total construction floor area (CFA) of over 30,000 m². As the Design & Build General Contractor, SOL E&C is responsible for architectural and structural design, reinforced concrete and steel structures, finishing works, MEP systems, infrastructure, and landscaping.

In addition to the above projects, the South Project – Compass II Factory, invested by Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest mechanical tools corporation, with SOL E&C as the Design & Build General Contractor, has officially commenced construction at Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park I (VSIP I) in Ho Chi Minh City.
