SOL E&C won the bid for Hong Ngoc Phuc Truong Minh General Hospital project (Phase 2) and implemented the construction of Milwaukee Factory in Vietnam

Continuing the cooperative relationship between the Client Hong Ngoc and the General Contractor SOL E&C, both parties are currently working together on a new high-class project in the capital Hanoi, the Phase 2 of Hong Ngoc Phuc Truong Minh General Hospital. The project is the model of a comfortable and high-class hospital-hotel which has 02 basements and 18 floors with a Gross Building Area (GBA) of nearly 37,000 m2. In the Phase 2 bidding package, SOL E&C undertakes the construction of the basements and building’s body, the installation of the exterior and some outdoor infrastructure of the project. The estimated time of this implementation is 360 days.

In 2022, SOL E&C took on the role of designing, constructing and completing the MEP system for subdivision 2 of Hong Ngoc - Phuc Truong Minh General Hospital project, including items such as lightweight electrical system, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply and drainage. The system has been completed and handed over as scheduled to the Client with good quality while meeting the set requirements.
