Constructed next to Phase 1 of the Hong Ngoc – Phuc Truong Minh General Hospital, which is in operation, Phase 2 had stringent requirements in quality control and management of environmental issues during construction such as noise, dust, and movement of vehicles, in order to minimize the impact on the operating hospital area.

In addition, Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project are connected by a linkage bridge weighing more than 120 tons. The project team used a Derrick crane on the roof slab to erect seven steel-structured bridge floors between the two phases (nearly 5,000 bolts, with an allowable bolt hole tolerance of only 2–3 mm). Safety was strictly controlled throughout the construction phase, from planning and coordination with stakeholders to maintaining both progress and ensuring project safety and quality.

In the final stage of the project, the project management team will continuously coordinate with the Client and other Contractors in the process of installing medical equipment as well as interior furnishings so that the hospital can officially come into operation in Q3/2025.
