Overview of LUMIÈRE riverside
LUMIÈRE riverside is "greened" by impressive items that are rarely found anywhere else, notably a vertical hanging garden with an estimated area of about 7,000 square meters surrounding the tower block and a lush tropical garden of 5,000 square meters. At the Asia Property Awards 2020, LUMIÈRE riverside won the award of Best high-rise architectural design in Vietnam.

With an extremely unique and sophisticated design style, LUMIÈRE riverside has strict requirements in quality control and aesthetics from the structural construction process to completing operations. Accompanying Masterise Homes from the very begining, SOL E&C is the construction company implementing the pile construction, structure, completion, MEP systems and BMU building maintenance system of this project.
The project is completed with elegance and sophistication
Not only possessing a unique, luxurious and sophisticated architectural design, LUMIÈRE riverside is also a project with special construction components such as massive basement and complex transfer beam systems. To complete the massive basement, the Site Command Board used more than 1,000 m2 of formwork, 300 tons of steel and 9,000 m3 of concrete with a construction schedule of 20 days. Besides the massive basement, the transfer beam system of the two towers PL52 and PL53 in the project is also a difficult item with high technical requirements. Accordingly, the transfer beam systems of PL53 and PL52 towers are consecutively 3m and 2.6m high. In addition, PL52 tower has many open floors with two consecutive high floors (6m).
