On the morning of May 12, 2026, the Comprehensive Cooperation Signing Ceremony between SOL E&C and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture was successfully held. The event marked an important milestone in strengthening the connection between enterprise and academia, with the shared goal of developing high-quality human resources for the construction industry.
Representing Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arch. Pham Trong Thuat, Rector of the University, together with representatives from the Board of Rectors, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Urban Infrastructure Engineering, the Faculty of Urban Planning, the Faculty of Interior Architecture, the Faculty of Architecture, and relevant departments. Representing SOL E&C and the Ecosystem were Mr. Tran Minh Thang, Operations Director of SOL E&C, representatives of the Board of Director, the Human Resources Department of SOL E&C, and representatives from companies within the Ecosystem.

The comprehensive cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture reflects SOL E&C’s consistent orientation in building and developing its next-generation workforce. Through a strong connection between academic training and business practice, the cooperation program is expected to create more opportunities for students to gain practical industry exposure, enhance their professional capabilities, and gradually develop a professional working mindset.
Under the 2026 Comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding, SOL E&C and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture agreed to strengthen cooperation across three key areas.
First, both parties will jointly implement the Internship Program, enabling students to experience real working environments at professional departments, construction sites, and modern manufacturing facilities. Through the program, students will have early exposure to technology, large-scale projects, and practical technical solutions.
Second, within the framework of the Recruitment and Career Orientation Program, the two parties will organize activities such as job fairs, thematic seminars, career talks, and construction site visits. These activities will help students gain a deeper understanding of the labor market and shape their career development pathways.
Third, SOL E&C is committed to accompanying the University in community initiatives, student activities, and key programs of Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, contributing to the goal of promoting sustainable education development.

In 2025, SOL E&C, companies within the Ecosystem, and UAH implemented various training and professional knowledge-sharing activities for students.
In addition to the cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, SOL E&C has recently signed MOUs with several reputable universities in engineering and construction, including Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. This series of initiatives demonstrates SOL E&C’s human resource strategy in collaboration with educational institutions, contributing to the development of a new-generation workforce capable of meeting the demands of large-scale, key projects built to international standards. The strong connection among the three pillars, students, universities, and enterprises, will create a driving force that contributes to Vietnam’s economic and social development in the new era.
