[14 March 2026], SOL E&C, together with Newtecons, officially started construction of the premium complex (Office, Retail, Services, Residential, and an International 6-star Hotel) in the “Ben Thanh Quadrant” precinct, at the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The project commands four prime frontages along Pham Ngu Lao, Calmette, Le Thi Hong Gam, and Pho Duc Chinh, widely regarded as one of the city’s most valuable locations.

Developed by Masterise Homes, the complex will comprise a shopping mall, offices, branded residences, and an international 6-star hotel. Architecturally, the project is anchored by two towers rising 47–56 floors, with an overall height of 235 meters, and six basement levels to accommodate parking and technical plant serving the entire development. Notably, the project features two direct connections to the metro station at Basement Level B1, enhancing public-transport accessibility in the city’s core.

For this project, SOL E&C has been appointed as the General Contractor for the 56-floors tower, while the 47 floors complex tower will be built by Newtecons. Given its scale and highly dense central location, the project requires rigorous safety control and involves a high level of technical and execution complexity. The structure includes approximately 3,000 tons of structural steel, together with a range of specialized systems such as outriggers, cantilevers, trusses, and a reinforced core, demanding exceptional accuracy in design, fabrication, and erection. In addition, key structural elements will utilize high-strength concrete to meet stringent performance requirements for a supertall building. Upon completion, the development is expected to become an internationally benchmarked landmark in the city center, contributing to an elevated and dynamic urban skyline for Ho Chi Minh City.
