On the morning of February 25, 2025, the topping-out ceremony for The Coffee Boutique—a luxury hotel and convention complex—was held in a solemn and distinguished manner at the City of Coffee urban area. The event was attended by representatives from the People’s Committee, various government departments, local authorities of Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province, project partners, residents of the City of Coffee, as well as executives from Trung Nguyen Legend (the Client) and SOL E&C (the Design & Build General contractor)

The Coffee Boutique is the first international five-star hotel and convention complex in Buon Ma Thuot, strategically located in the city's prime area. Spanning nearly 6,500 square meters, with a green coverage of over 46%, the development consists of nine floors and 139 rooms meeting international standards. It also boasts the region’s largest convention center, accommodating over 1,000 guests, along with a range of high-end amenities, including a mineral saltwater swimming pool, Coffee Spa, specialty restaurants, Trung Nguyên Legend coffee spaces, a Zen & Yoga garden, a gym, and more. A distinctive highlight of the project is the Awakening Garden, a serene green space at the heart of the complex, designed by renowned Japanese Zen master Shunmyō Masuno. This feature adds a unique touch to The Coffee Boutique, fostering a sense of harmony and inner peace for visitors.

The perspective of "The Coffee Boutique" Project

As the Design & Build general contractor, SOL E&C is responsible for structural and MEP design, as well as the execution of the project's core construction. After more than a year of dedicated efforts, the project has officially reached its topping-out milestone and is now moving toward the completion of its high-end and distinctive amenities. This development aims to shape a modern and vibrant urban hub in the heart of Buon Ma Thuot and the broader Central Highlands. Once operational between 2026 and 2027, the project is expected to become a new landmark for Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak, and the entire Central Highlands region. It will also reaffirm the prestige and exceptional value of the City of Coffee urban development.
