On the morning of June 9, 2023, Newtecons along with SOL E&C have officially topped off the "Techtronic Tools (Vietnam) Company Limited - Factory Item" Project. This is a very meaningful milestone for all parties participating in the project after the construction period that ensured the safety, quality and schedule.
The topping ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors of TTI Group, the Project Management Consultant MACE-Structon, the D&B General Contractors Newtecons - SOL E&C and project partners.
The project is invested by TTI (Techtronic Industries), a world leading group who has fast grown in the field of machine tools, accessories, hand tools, outdoor equipment, floor care and cleaning with famous brands such as MILWAUKEE, RYOBI, HOOVER. In Vietnam’s market, TTI has been operating for 5 years while owning 8 manufacturing plants and 8,000 employees working in Dong Nai and Binh Duong industrial zones. Currently, the Group is investing in large-scale and modern manufacturing plants in Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (SHTP), according to LEED Gold’s leading standards on energy and environment.
Perspective of the project
During this project, Newtecons - SOL E&C accompany TTI Group as D&B general contractors. The total value of this project is more than 3,000 billion VND that includes design, structure construction, completion, installation of MEPF system and building’s facade. With technical expertise and proven construction capacity earned through many works, Newtecons - SOL E&C have brought the project to the topping milestone far ahead of schedule.
