On the morning of October 10, 2025, The Groundbreaking Ceremonies for "LeafSeal Chemical Logistics & Production Center" and "BM Windows Chau Duc Factory" was organized successfully. The events were attended by Founding Chairman Nguyễn Bá Dương, the Board of Directors of SOL E&C, BM Windows, LeafSeal, and the representatives from the ecosystem, customers, and partners. The simultaneous groundbreaking of these two manufacturing facilities reaffirms the ecosystem’s sustainable and comprehensive development strategy, demonstrating its leading position in the construction industry and growing reputation in the manufacturing sector.

At the event, Founding Chairman Nguyễn Bá Dương shared insights into the establishment and growth potential of the LeafSeal brand in waterproofing production and construction. The Founding Chairman, together with the leadership of SOL E&C, LeafSeal, and other ecosystem companies, congratulated the groundbreaking of the LeafSeal Factory.

For LeafSeal, the construction of the first factory marks a significant milestone in its development journey, reaffirming its standing as one of Vietnam’s leading waterproofing brands. Over the years, LeafSeal has not only delivered effective waterproofing solutions but has also earned the trust of investors through its high-quality products used in various project types, from national infrastructure and high-rise developments to advanced industrial facilities. Notable projects include Long Thanh International Airport, premium residential developments such as LUMI Hanoi, LUMIÈRE SpringBay, LUMIÈRE Evergreen, and Elysan, as well as FDI factories including Coca-Cola, Tetra Pak, Milwaukee, Timberland Manwah, and Brotex, among others.

During the ceremony, Founding Chairman Nguyễn Bá Dương emphasized the outstanding capabilities of the Ecosystem, where six member companies — DB, Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, and BOHO — together form a comprehensive value chain for clients, spanning from design and construction to façade and interior finishing.
For BM Windows, he highlighted that this is the moment for the company to accelerate transformation — maintaining its position as Vietnam’s No. 1 façade contractor while affirming the global integration and craftsmanship of BM Windows on its journey to “Go Global.”

The BM Windows Chau Duc Factory marks a major milestone in the company’s long-term development strategy. As one of Vietnam’s leading façade contractors with more than 650 projects nationwide, BM Windows continues its “Go Global” journey, proudly expanding its footprint to major international markets such as Canada, the United States, Australia, and Taiwan.

Factory perspective – BM Windows Chau Duc

This will be BM Windows’ fifth and largest factory, with a total area of 100,000 m², three times larger than its existing facilities. Once completed, the factory will achieve a production capacity of up to 2,000,000 m² of aluminum-glass façade products per year, with Phase 1 scheduled to commence operations in Q2/2026.
