On the morning of October 27, 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony of the project "Frasers Property Vietnam Ready Build Factory" took place in Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province. It was attended by the Local Government agencies, Frasers Property Vietnam the Investor, the General Contractor of Design & Construction SOL E&C and the Customers and Partners of the project.

Perspective of Frasers Property Vietnam's Factory Project

In Vietnam, the Group has invested and deployed prominent projects such as Melinh Point – Grade A office building in District 1, Q2 Thao Dien – Luxury complex project in Thu Duc city and Binh Duong Industrial Park – Green, modern and dynamic industrial park at a strategic location in Binh Duong province.

In "Frasers Property Vietnam Ready Build Factory" in Binh Duong Industrial Park, SOL E&C has been entrusted with the role of the General Contractor of Design & Build (Design & Build) for Ready-Built Factories on a land area of more than 7.3 hectares and construction floor area of 43,542 square meters.

International grade of factory and warehouse facilities will be developed to serve our tenant. Right after the Groundbreaking Ceremony, the Steering Committee of SOL E&C immediately implemented construction plans to ensure the progress and accompany the Client to achieve the set goals.
