[October 2^nd, 2025], the topping-out ceremony of LUMIÈRE SpringBay was successfully held, marking an important milestone in the construction journey of the project. The event was attended by representatives of international real estate developer Masterise Homes, General Contractor SOL E&C, project supervision and management consultant Apave, sales agencies, partners, and the journalism.

LUMIÈRE SpringBay is a pioneering high-rise project that initiates a multi-experience lifestyle at the heart of Ocean Park 2, Ocean City Hanoi. The development offers a distinctive living experience with an exclusive ecosystem of international-standard amenities, unlocking expansive sky-bound spaces and long-term value for future generations. Partnering with Masterise Homes, SOL E&C is the contractor responsible for all construction and MEP works of four tower (27 floors/tower): Feliz (Z2), Fira (Z1), Amor (L1), and Vida (L2).

After just 10 months since groundbreaking, LUMIÈRE SpringBay has reached the significant topping-out milestone.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Abdullah Aryan, Quality Management Director and representative of the Developer, emphasized that Masterise Homes is an international luxury real estate developer, pioneering in applying global standards in developing, operating, and managing real estate products and services in Vietnam and beyond. He expressed gratitude to partners, engineers, and workers for their tireless efforts in shaping the project and achieving today’s milestone. He further affirmed Masterise Homes’ commitment to maintaining strict quality control, ensuring progress, and closely collaborating with partners to deliver a sustainable home and an elevated living experience for residents.

Also at the event, Mr. Phương Xuân Hiếu – Hanoi Branch Director of Apave, the project’s supervision and management consultant, highlighted the significance of the topping-out milestone. He emphasized that when partners share the same commitment and goals, they can deliver outstanding projects. Apave also pledged continued efforts to ensure the project is completed on schedule, with the highest quality standards and absolute safety.

LUMIÈRE SpringBay is the second development in the “LUMIÈRE Series” in which SOL E&C has partnered with Masterise Homes. Previously, in Ho Chi Minh City, the two companies successfully collaborated on the “green gem” LUMIÈRE Riverside in Thảo Điền, which has been handed over and received highly positive feedback from residents. Building on that success, LUMIÈRE SpringBay is set to become a landmark development in East Hanoi, shaping an global-standard high-rise living space in Ocean City.
