On the morning of March 1st, 2023, the topping out ceremony of LUMIÈRE riverside successfully took place, marking an important milestone in the project construction process. The program was attended by representatives of the Client (Masterise Homes), construction contractors (Newtecons and SOL E&C), project management consultants (Turner), sales agents, partners and press units.

Invested by Masterise Homes - the leading prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam, LUMIÈRE riverside is located in a prime location in Thao Dien area with sweeping views of the city and Saigon river, a beautiful and harmonious landscape between nature and modern life. The project is designed in the unique “Leafscape” architectural style to help create a luxurious and sophisticated living environment. With a total area of 1.9ha, the project includes 02 towers LUMIÈRE West and LUMIÈRE East with the height of 36 and 44 floors respectively.

In his speech at the topping-out ceremony, Mr. Mahdi Samhouri - Vice Director of project Development and Vice Director of design at Masterise Homes - shared his joy when the project has overcome many challenges to reach this milestone of topping-out and entered the finishing stage. This is a testament to the close cooperation between the Client and its partners. Masterise Homes, General Contractor Newtecons and Management Consultant Turner always put safety first and execute with tireless efforts to ensure project quality and progress.

In addition, the General Contractor’s representative, Mr. Le Chi Trung - CEO - shared his appreciation for the sustainable cooperation relationship of the two parties during the recent past, most notably the projects in Thao Dien area such as Masteri Thao Dien, Masteri An Phu and currently LUMIÈRE riverside. At the same time, the General Contractor commits to keep accompanying the Client to maintain the construction progress and complete the work safely and with quality.

Topping-out is an important milestone of the project, marking the construction process full of enthusiasm and efforts of the Client, Contractor, Consultant and other partners at the project. When completed, LUMIÈRE riverside will bring a variety of facilities and be a destination which provides all the Living - Working - Relaxing needs to its residents as well as neighboring communities.
