MOU Signing Ceremony for comprehensive cooperation program with HCMC University of Technology (VNU-HCM) in 2023 - 2024
On the morning of September 19th, 2023, SOL E&C along with other companies in the Ecosystem and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - National University held the MOU Signing Ceremony for comprehensive cooperation program which marks an important milestone in the sustainable cooperative relationship of the two sides over years. The event was attended by representatives of the Boards of Directors of the Ecosystem and member companies (including Ricons, Newtecons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, Boho Décor) along with the Board of Directors, representatives of Faculties, Departments, and Centers of University of Technology (VNU-HCM)
Groundbreaking ceremony of Long Thanh International Airport Project and Passenger Terminal T3 of Tan Son Nhat International Airport Project
On the afternoon of August 31, the groundbreaking ceremony of Long Thanh International Airport Project and Passenger Terminal T3 of Tan Son Nhat International Airport Project took place. The ceremony was connected online between 2 locations: Long Thanh, Dong Nai province and Tan Son Nhat, Ho Chi Minh City with the attendance of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; leaders of the ministries, departments, and HCMC's authorities; representatives of domestic and international agencies and contractors.

On the morning of July 25, 2023, SOL E&C cooperating with Frasers Property Vietnam successfully organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the project "Next Ready-Built Factory Development at Binh Duong Industrial Park - BDIP". Attending the event were the representatives of Binh Duong Industrial Zones Authority - BDIZA, local authorities, clients, partners, Frasers Property - Owner, Nagecco - Consultant and SOL E&C - Design & Build General Contractor.
Developing a culture of learning English to help improve the staff’s capacity
In order to assess the overall ability of using foreign languages (here is English), and to develop appropriate training goals and roadmap for our Company's personnel, SOL E&C has selected the strategic partners IDP Vietnam to jointly deploy the English proficiency testing activities according to IELTS standards for all employees working in departments and construction sites across the country.

Last week, SOL E&C continued to coordinate with the companies in our ecosystem to organize a field trip to the project for managers. In this program, the staff experienced the construction activities at 3 projects including Grand Marina Saigon, LUMIÈRE riverside and TTI Factory. Graduated from Hanoi Architecture University, Mr. Ngo Thanh Phong once held the position of General Director of F.D.C (later renamed to Newtecons) from 2012 to 2018 as well as other important positions in many large construction companies. He possesses an open mindset and is always willing to promote creativity and collective strength to train his team to be highly effective at work, thereby creating disruptive solutions for customers in order to build sustainable long-term relationships.
