SOL E&C completed transfer beams for Green Tower Project
Recently, General Contractor SOL E&C completed the transfer beam of Tower 1 of the Green Tower project. This is a luxury apartment building located on Highway 1K (at the gateway between Binh Duong Province and Ho Chi Minh City) which is invested and developed by TBS Land (Member of TBS Group). The project includes 4 tower blocks with heights from 28 to 40 floors and linked together by a 3-storey podium, and is expected to provide 1,296 apartments of diverse categories to the market when completed.

SOL E&C is Design & Build General Contractor of Five Star Odyssey, the tallest skyscraper in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province
The project has the gross building area of 200.000 square meters, featuring 50 above-ground floors, 4 basement levels, 436 hotel rooms, 1,019 high-end apartment units, 12 penthouses, and a conference center with a capacity of over 1,000 guests. Upon completion, Five Star Odyssey will stand as the tallest skycraper in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, an iconic architectural symbol of Southeast Asia. SOL E&C will accompany the Five Star International Group in the construction of the Five Star Odyssey, acting as the Design & Build General Contractor.
