Groundbreaking ceremony of Hong Ngoc Phuc Truong Minh Hospital Project - Phase 2
On the morning of January 16, 2024, SOL E&C officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Hong Ngoc Phuc Truong Minh Hospital Project - Phase 2. The event was attended by representatives of the Board of Directors of the Client-Hong Ngoc, the General Contractor-SOL E&C, the Project Management Consultant-Turner, the Supervision Consultant-IBST and other partners of the project.
The Green Tower Project completing the basement structure with outstanding quality and on schedule
On the morning of January 11, 2024, Green Tower, constructed by SOL E&C as the General Contractor, officially achieved the first important milestone, which is completing the basement structure. The project invested and developed by TBS Land includes 4 tower blocks from 28 to 40 floors of height linked together by a 3-storey podium, it is expected to provide the market with 1,296 apartments of diverse types when completed.
Cainiao Dong Nai Smart Logistics Park project goes straight to the finish line
Officially launched in June 2023, the project is currently implementing the final finishing items before handing over to the Client at the end of 2023. As the D&B General Contractor, SOL E&C always apply strict construction standards, ensuring project quality while maintaining progress as well as safety throughout the project implementation process. In 2021 - 2022, SOL E&C and Cainiao Network have had a good cooperative relationship in the Cainiao P.A.T Logistics Park Project. The project was completed and launched in the second quarter of 2022, welcoming many leading companies to choose to place their warehouses here such as OOCL Logistics, Kohnan Japan, TH True Milk, etc.
