SOL E&C implements its ESG practices through concrete actions based on the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The key SDGs that SOL E&C focuses on include:

• Train a generation of highly skilled and competent workers in the Construction industry.
• Establish a fair working environment for employees, ensuring equal pay for work of equal value.

• Prohibit the use of child labor and forced labor.

• Minimize harmful environmental impacts on people by improving air and water quality in workplaces.

• Educate and raise awareness among employees about climate change.

• Engage in reforestation, afforestation of barren hills, and restoration of watershed forests.
