On the morning of February 25, 2025, the topping-out ceremony for The Coffee Boutique—a luxury hotel and convention complex—was held in a solemn and distinguished manner at the City of Coffee urban area. On the morning of February 3, 2025, SOL E&C began the first working day of the new year with enthusiasm and excitement through the "Starting Lunar New Year 2025" event. On the morning of December 20, 2024, the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between SOL E&C, ecosystem's companies (Newtecons, Ricons, BOHO), and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) was successfully held at the 96 Phan Dang Luu Building. The event was attended by representatives from HCMUTE’s Board of Management, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Automotive Engineering, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, the Office of Business Relations, and leaders from companies within the ecosystem.
